It appears that instant and brewed coffee provide most of the same health benefits, including bountiful amounts of antioxidants, better blood sugar control, and a lower risk of cardiovascular disease, liver disease, neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. The similarities between the two types of coffee may be more important. The amount of acrylamide in instant is still well below the levels that should concern most people, though.
